WC8 OVERVIEW

Wildcat resources Ltd is engaged in the exploration of metals. Its Lithium Projects include the Bolt Cutter Lithium Project and Tabba Tabba Lithium-Tantalum Project, and Gold Projects include the Mt Adrah Gold Project and Bolt Cutter Gold Project.

The ASX lithium stock has been rising steadily since mid-May when the company announced the 100% acquisition of the Tabba Tabba lithium-tantalum project in the Western Australia Pilbara region.

At the time, the company explained to investors that previous exploration at Tabba Tabba had uncovered “a very high-grade, pegmatite-hosted tantalum deposit”.The previous owner had not done much lithium exploration. However, limited assaying for lithium revealed an intersection of high-grade lithium of eight metres at 1.42% Li2O from four metres.

Tabba Tabba is located on granted mining tenements 80 km by road from Port Hedland. It is less than a 100 km drive from some of the world’s largest hard-rock lithium mines. They include the Pilgangoora project, owned by Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX: PLS), and the Mt Wodgina project, owned by Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN) and US lithium giant Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB).Wildcat Resources says the district is producing about 20% of the world’s current lithium supply.

8 SEP 23 WHY HAS THIS ASX LITHIUM SHARE EXPLODED 100% IN A MONTH?

The ASX lithium share’s managing director, Samuel Ekins, said:

The ramp up at Tabba Tabba is progressing well, with Rig 2 drilling now underway. The Nyamal native title group recently completed a heritage survey over our southern tenement M45/377. This has allowed our scout rig (Rig 1) to continue to test the enormous Tabba Tabba pegmatite system to the south. Systematic exploration is progressing well, and we await first assay results in mid-September.

They may be anticipating some strong results given the project’s proximity to some world-class lithium projects. These include the Pilgangoora Project owned by Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX: PLS) and the massive Wodgina Lithium project owned by Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN).It is also only 185km away from the Andover Project owned by Azure Minerals Ltd (ASX: AZS), which has been getting investors excited this year.

13 SEP 23 UP 1,100% IN 2023 LITHIUM ‘MATERIAL EXPLORATION RESULTS’

Investors have been eagerly awaiting first round assay results from this junior Pilbara miner.

Its share price is up 1,100% in the year to date to its current value of 24 cents.

18 SEP 23 THIS ASX LITHIUM SHARE IS SURGING 104% ON A ‘MAJOR DISCOVERY’

According to the release, the initial results from 21 holes confirm that pegmatite bodies contain significant widths and grades of lithium mineralisation. This project is close to some major tier-one lithium projects.
The ASX lithium share’s managing director, Samuel Ekins, appeared to be very pleased with the news. He said:

I’m confident we are in the early stages of a major discovery at Tabba Tabba and it’s been a welcome surprise to see the size of the system. Over 95% of all holes to date have intersected pegmatites and we eagerly await further rounds of assays. Our central pegmatite is now over 1.2km long (open to the north), subvertical and outcropping at widths of over 50m which is very significant.Given our proximity to major global lithium projects including Pilgangoora and Wodgina, we see plenty of potential to uncover a large-scale lithium deposit across the extensive 3.2km trending pegmatite system. We anticipate receiving Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) approval for our acquisition of Tabba Tabba and Ministerial Approval by the end of September and bringing our first diamond rig onto site in early October, with more results from our initial drilling expected also.
